Kids Against War

Kids Against War

A special project of URI Zero Limits CC in association with JCI India Kollam Dream City chapter conducted 5 Days summer vacation camp for kids from all religions. The kids with the goal of promoting an anti-war standpoint through children’s summer camp assignment, they made placards and raising it to public and seek support for children whose lives have been affected by war.

Dear friends,

We would like to invite your attention to the following programs under URI South India- Sri Lanka region.

1.     URI Annual Youth Camp:

URI Annual Youth Camp will be held on Friday, 1^st May at Baselious Marthoma Mathews II CBSE School, Sooranadu  from 9am to 4pm. All Youth members of URI can participate (Registration fees Rs.10). Buses will be available from Karickam and Kottarakkara, starting at 8am. Lunch will be provided.

Those who would like to attend are requested to register their names at URI Office before 20^th April 2015.

2.      URI South India – Sri Lanka Zonal Assembly : is scheduled to be held from 23 to 24^th May 2015 ( Saturday and Sunday) at Marthoma Youth Centre, Adoor , Kerala (Registration Fees Rs. 100  per participants ; Rs.50 for students).

Those who would like to participate in the Assembly are requested to register at the URI office before 15^th May 2015.  New office bearers for region will be selected during the Zonal Assembly.

All CCs are requested to send their annual reports before 1^st May 2015 so that we can consider them for best CC Award (Cash prize of Rs.2000 and citation will be awarded to the best CC during the Zonal Assembly).
